I really am going to need to look into a good sales training consultant to help me train my workers to make the sales calls. It just seems like they are kind of afraid to close the deal. I just hate the fact that we might be losing out on so much money because they never really look at anything from my point of view. They do not care if they make the sales because they get paid well, so I am going to rearrange all the payment plans. I need to train them first though, and if they do not show improvement, then they can be let go. They payments will be based on commission from now on, and the base pay will be lowered. I find that paying people a lower amount really improves the way that they work. Productivity will probably be way up when I am done with the new scheme of things.
